Duties and
responsibilities: Participates in quality improvement of the program in conjunction
with other services offered. Identifies ways to improve care of patients and make
recommendations to the medical director and P&T committee participates in
various patient program committees performs research and recommends ways to
expand and improve nutrition programs performs other duties and
responsibilities as assigned.
Salary:
$56,813
Education: Completed a minimum of a bachelor’s
degree. Completed an ACEND- accredited supervised practice program. Pass a
national examination, and completed continuing professional educational
requirements.
Reflection: I would like to be a registered dietitian
because they help people what they must be consuming to get to the level they
be in. Also they see children that needs educational needs and help them seek
for a nutrition counselor that help them choose the right foods they need to
consume.
